This is in light with a new project dubbed ‘The Green Zone Estate’- a project by Habitat Housing Co-operative  in conjunction with Meera Construction. The magnificent 2.1 Billion shilling development is located in Thindigua, off Kiambu Road. The development comprises of 224 units with both two and three Bedroom units.

The project was commissioned on 09/11/2018 by AU High Representative for Infrastructure Development Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga

The 2^nd Nigeria Housing Finance Conference & Affordable Housing Fair held on 30^th October 2018 in Abuja was a success. Our CEO Mr. David Ndegwa was privileged to attend the conference as a Guest Speaker. The central theme of the conference was to address innovative financing methods available for delivery of affordable housing to low income earners in Nigerians. One of the solutions to this problem that was greatly discussed by the panelists was how Affordable Housing can be achieved through Co-operatives.
