Our overall approach is to mitigate and in some cases manage the various risks associated with affordable housing by ensuring a structured approach to market analysis, house and estate design, building technology, property management and financial solutions.
Some of the major Real Estate Risks are:
- Finance– This is mitigated through our development partners who bring money together for the project.
- Market– This is solved by the fact that the development partners give their preferences on what type of units should be developed.
- Product– This is solved in that the development partners get it at cost price.
- Price– This gets solved by the partners as they are the market themselves. Moreover, they can source for more customers by word of mouth.
