Property Dynamics is a real estate consultancy company spearheading the development of quality and affordable housing units to the Kenyan populace. To achieve this, we have partnered with Sacco & Housing Societies to help mitigate the housing shortfall in the country, which stands at 200,000 units per year.
As Business Development Consultants in real estate, our proactive engagement with the Cooperative industry players have identified gaps among our Sacco partners that inhibit them achieve their objectives, especially the provision of affordable housing. The Sacco training syllabus is a proactive initiative by Property Dynamics to build our Sacco partners capacity in their service delivery to their customers.
